Exchange Policy

At Aitbaar Foods, we carefully pack every order before dispatch. Since our products are food items, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, you can request an exchange.

7-Day Exchange Policy

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 9991283083 or 9812462164.
2. Share your Order ID.
3. Send clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
4. Explain the issue with the product.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange an exchange as applicable.

Important

• Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchange requests without sufficient photos/videos may not be accepted.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling may not qualify for exchange.
• No cash refunds are provided for returned/exchanged products.
