The Story Behind Aitbaar
Aitbaar means trust — and that is the foundation on which our journey began.
We wanted to create a food brand where customers could feel confident about what they bring into their homes. A brand built around honest ingredients, traditional methods and quality they can rely on.
For us, Aitbaar is more than a name. It is a promise.
🌾 Our Journey
Our journey began with a connection to the land, farming and the traditional food practices of Sirsa, Haryana.
We saw how traditional methods of preparing everyday foods were slowly being replaced by highly processed alternatives. We wanted to preserve the simplicity and authenticity of these practices while making them available to modern families.
Starting with products such as traditional desi ghee, A2 Bilona ghee, wood-pressed mustard oil, desi jaggery, premium rice and high-protein atta, we began building Aitbaar around the idea of bringing farm-inspired goodness to everyday kitchens.
Every step of our journey is guided by one question:
“Would we proudly serve this to our own family?”
If the answer is yes, it belongs in the Aitbaar family.
